New Nokia Lumia 1520 (the best smartphone 2013)

Today is phablet day for Nokia, as the company has announced  its very first over-sized smartphone - the Lumia 1520! Correction: 

The company has announced its first two phablets - the Lumia 1520 and Lumia 1320, with the latter keeping the same massive 6" screen diagonal, but introducing a bunch of compromises specs-wise.

The first phablet sized Windows Phone 8 handset, the Nokia Lumia 1520 has been unveiled as part of a Nokia World onslaught, with the 6-inch smartphone set to rival the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, HTC One Max and Sony Xperia Z1.

Announced in Abu Dhabi close by a the Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet, the NokiaLumia 1520's specs sheet is featured by a 6-inch 1080p Full Hd screen. This time around, the camera's pegged at 20 megapixels, with a BSI f/2.4 Zeiss lens and optical 
 image stabilization along for the ride. Nokia promises the same oversampling and zooming tech as found in the 41-megapixel Lumia 1020, just, well, less of it.
